As an Avery user, you agree to:
- Use the service responsibly and in accordance with its intended purpose
- Provide honest and accurate information during wellness check-ins
- Respect other residents' privacy and dignity
- Not attempt to circumvent security measures or access unauthorized areas
- Report any technical issues or safety concerns promptly
- Treat Avery's AI assistant and human staff with courtesy and respect
📱 Communication and Consent
By using Avery, you consent to:
- Receive phone calls from Avery for wellness check-ins and coordination
- Receive text messages for reminders, alerts, and community updates
- Have your wellness status shared with building management for care coordination
- Recording of voice interactions for quality improvement (with your consent)
You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting us or using opt-out keywords in text messages.
🔐 Privacy and Data
Your privacy is fundamental to our service:
- We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide care coordination
- We never sell, rent, or share your personal data for marketing purposes
- All data is encrypted and securely stored

💰 Fees and Payment
Avery services are typically provided through your building management:
- Most residents receive Avery at no direct cost as part of their housing services
- Building owners/managers may pay subscription fees for the service
- Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS communications
- Any changes to fee structures will be communicated in advance
⚖️ Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Avery provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for our services
- We're not responsible for decisions made based on our wellness assessments
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
🔄 Termination
Either party may terminate use of Avery services:
- You may stop using Avery at any time by contacting building management
- We may suspend service for violations of these terms
- Service ends automatically when you move out of a participating building
- Upon termination, we'll delete your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy
🏛️ Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where your participating building is located. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

- Providing notice through building management
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
